Dysgerminoma is a rare form of ovarian tumor that may be found at any age, although most often it is occurred in the second and third decades of life. It is identical in structure to the seminoma occurring in the testis. This paper presented a case of multiple brain abscesses complicated with meningitis,
found in a 7 days old newborn boy. This baby was admitted with the chief complaints of poor sucking and irritability. Diagnosis of purulent meningitis was made through CSF study.
